RETURNS AND EXCHANGES-
Merchandise Returns/Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a prompt exchange or refund. Please be advised that all merchandise will be accepted for exchange or return, ONLY if returned in its original condition and within 10 days of purchase. Sorry, but we cannot accept items that have been worn, laundered, dry cleaned, altered, marked, or customized.
Should merchandise need to be exchanged or returned, the procedures are as follows:
1. Contact Ultra Marketing within 10 days of purchase. Call Toll-Free 1-800-825-1840 or 248-549-9200.
2. The Customer Service Representative will provide you with a return authorization number and form that must accompany the merchandise to be returned.
3. Please forward all authorized returns to:

Note: Please remember the return authorization form must accompany all returned merchandise or it will not be accepted.
